TERMS OF PURCHASE AND RETURNS

1. General information

These Terms of Purchase and Returns set out the terms governing the purchase of products on this website, which is owned by CERRILLOS OLIVA, S.L.

Please read these Terms carefully, together with our General Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, as they supplement these terms of purchase and must be accepted before making a purchase. Both are available on the website itself.

2. Purchase procedure

  1. Product selection: Browse our catalogue and select the products you want from it, adding them to the shopping cart. The available products are presented with their description, price and applicable taxes included.

  2. Customer details: You must provide accurate contact information and an accurate delivery address.

  3. Payment: The available payment methods will be specified during the purchase process (credit or debit card, Bizum and bank transfer). If you choose bank transfer, your order is reserved for 72 hours; if we have not received payment within that time, the order is cancelled and we let you know by email.

  4. Order confirmation: Once payment has been made, the customer will be sent an email confirming the order and setting out its details.

3. Product availability

All product orders are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or lack of stock, you will be informed by email and any amount the Customer may have paid will be refunded.

4. Prices

All prices shown on the website include the VAT (Value Added Tax) applicable in Spain. Shipping to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is also included in the price.

5. Shipping

  • Delivery area: We ship throughout mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries, please email us and we will prepare a shipping quote; these orders are not paid on the website.

  • Delivery times: Orders will be delivered within an estimated period of 2 to 5 working days from order confirmation.

  • Shipping costs: Shipping to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is included in the price of every product. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and outside Spain are quoted separately.

  • Delivery problems: If you are unable to receive your order on the scheduled date, please contact our customer service department to arrange a new delivery.

    • If you wish to change the delivery address after placing your order, you must notify us as soon as possible. Once the parcel has been dispatched, it will not be possible to change the address.

    Any change of address or request for delivery to a different address may incur a surcharge equivalent to the cost of shipping.

  • Cancellation of shipment: Cerrillos Oliva reserves the right to cancel any order (even if it has previously been accepted), without being liable for any damage and/or expense, in the following cases:

  • Where an unintentional error has occurred in the online shop; for example, a payment or stock error;

  • Where the payment information provided by the Customer is incorrect or cannot be verified.

  • Where the delivery address provided by the Customer is outside the territory, or the order cannot be delivered to the address provided by the Customer.

  • Should any of these cases be identified, Cerrillos Oliva will duly notify you by email or by any other legally valid means.

    • 6. Right of withdrawal and returns policy.

    In compliance with current legislation, specifically the provisions of Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that the product has not been opened or used.

    Conditions for returns:
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition.
  • Returns of products that have been handled or opened will not be accepted for reasons of hygiene and food safety.
    • Returns procedure:

  • Contact us at gestion@ifmaoveserraniaderonda.com stating the order number and the reason for the return.

  • We will provide you with instructions for sending the products to our address.

  • The shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or to a defective product.

    • Refund: We will refund all payments received from you, including the original delivery costs, within 14 days of the day we receive your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back.

    Defective products or order errors: On receipt of the order, the customer is advised to check its condition and, should any defect be identified, may choose either to return the product and receive a refund of the corresponding purchase price together with all shipping costs paid, or to have the product replaced with a new one in good condition, at no additional cost.

    7. Guarantees

    As we sell food products, the guarantee is limited to their use-by or best-before date.

    All our products are guaranteed against quality or manufacturing defects. If you receive a product in unsuitable condition, please contact us to arrange the corresponding exchange or refund.

    Products that have been tampered with, knocked or damaged as a result of improper use are expressly excluded from the guarantee.

    8. Data protection

    9. Applicable law

    These terms are governed by Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any dispute that may arise, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's place of residence.
