1. Who is responsible

2. What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage) are similar areas of your browser where a website can keep data that is only read on your own device. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab.
3. What this website uses
This website does not set any cookies for its visitors, either its own or third-party ones, and it does not load anything from other sites. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
We only keep the following items in your browser’s storage, which are needed for the website to work as you ask:

This data stays on your device, is not shared with third parties and is not used to track your browsing. It is technical data needed to provide the service you request, so the law does not require your consent (Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002, LSSI, which implements Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC). That is why this website does not show a cookie banner.
The only cookie on this website is «ifm_session», and it is only set for IFM staff when they log in to the internal management panel. It keeps them signed in, lasts 8 hours and is also technical.
4. Card payments
When you pay by card, you are taken to the bank’s secure payment page (Redsys), which may use its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. Those cookies are the responsibility of Redsys and your bank and are governed by their own policy.
5. How to delete this data
You can delete local storage at any time in your browser settings, using the option to clear site or browsing data. If you do, your cart will be emptied and the seasonal notice will appear again.
